Everything's 13

Organisation

A UK Sikh charity founded by Bhai Jagraj Singh; it is the parent of Basics of Sikhi, Mighty Khalsa, Kiddie Sangat and the Sikh Press Association.

What it is: Everything's 13 (E13) is a UK charity set up to share Sikh teaching in English and online. Wikipedia describes it as the parent of four projects: Basics of Sikhi, the Sikh Press Association, Mighty Khalsa and Kiddie Sangat. Its own site gives its mission as to spread the universal message of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji globally, and says it does not charge for parchar but relies on the sangat's support.

How it began: Wikipedia says Jagraj Singh Hundal, known as Bhai Jagraj Singh (1979 to 2017), a former British Army officer and Oxford graduate, founded it in 2012. The site's own page names him as founder and gives no date. He was diagnosed with stage four inoperable liver cancer in December 2016 and died on 20 July 2017. Wikipedia records that he received a Points of Light award from Prime Minister Theresa May in 2017.

Its projects

Who leads it: After Jagraj Singh the site names a group of parcharaks and a core team, with roles such as UK network and events coordinator, head of translations and social media manager. It names no single head.

Where it stands: It is active. Basics of Sikhi has its own page here.
